Position : BUSINESS ANALYST – REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT BANKING

Skills Required:
✔ Strong financial modeling skills — DCF, IRR, NPV, cash flow forecasting
✔ High proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making
✔ Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
✔ Ability to manage investor communications, data rooms, and transaction documentation
✔ Strong research capabilities in market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
✔ Exposure to feasibility studies, due diligence, and business case evaluation
✔ Ownership mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Job Description:
✔ Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build detailed valuation models for real estate deals
✔ Assist in preparing pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
✔ Support transaction execution, coordinate with investors, and manage stakeholder communication
✔ Lead or support due diligence and feasibility assessments for investment opportunities
✔ Provide market research, pricing benchmarks, and analysis of deal activity across key geographies
✔ Collaborate with C-Suite leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives
✔ Gain end-to-end exposure to the deal cycle — from origination to closure
Qualifications :
✔ MBA / CA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Valuation, or Consulting
✔ Prior exposure to real estate transactions is preferred
