✔ Good understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes
✔ Ability to work weekends (weekly off on Tuesday)
✔ Energetic, persuasive, and eager to drive conversions

✔ Engage with live leads provided by the company and build rapport with prospective clients
✔ Convert telephonic conversations into scheduled site visits
✔ Guide customers through the pre-sales process and provide relevant project information
✔ Accompany clients for property visits and explain project USPs
✔ Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure site visits and move towards closure
✔ Share client feedback and coordinate with the sales team for next steps
✔ Responsible for updating and maintaining lead status
