✔ Proven ability to source and qualify leads in the INR 2 Cr+ segment
✔ Strong professional network across industries; experience with HNI lead generation
✔ Expertise in Channel Partner (CP) management and engagement
✔ Experience in BTL activations targeting HNIs and collaborating with luxury brands
✔ Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
✔ Understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and competitive landscape
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong analytical skills for CP performance reviews and market insights

✔ Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
✔ Experience in direct sales with exposure to real estate is highly desirable
✔ Source and build a steady pipeline of HNI leads through networking, CPs, and client referrals
✔ Grow and manage CP network — conduct regular meetings for engagement and empanelment
✔ Perform quarterly reviews of CPs to assess performance and drive improvements
✔ Collaborate with CPs and internal teams to convert leads into bookings
✔ Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies
✔ Lead new client acquisition efforts and deliver consistent sourcing numbers as per business plans
✔ Manage customer interactions from lead generation to site visits and relationship-building
✔ Work closely with internal departments to enhance product knowledge and support client needs
✔ Maintain detailed records and share regular reporting with Sales and Regional Heads
