✔ Identification, discussion, and negotiation with financial institutions and HNIs
✔ Coordination for due diligence and documentation
✔ Day-to-day coordination with lender including regular monthly MIS to lender in suitable format
✔ Review of Debt and Capital structure at project level from time to time
- ✔ Support project branding, positioning, and campaign strategy, including ads, digital marketing, hoardings, events, and corporate tie-ups
- ✔ Management of the entire lifecycle of sales and marketing of the Project.
- ✔ Engagement and management of all distribution partners and CPs activities.
- ✔ Channel partner(s) tie-ups with long term focus.
- ✔ CRM management including coordination with banks / housing finance companies (“HFC’s”) and DSAs.
- ✔ Collections of the amounts from the customers as per the terms of the agreement executed with them.
- ✔ Dissemination of periodic sales and collection reports with relevant information to the Client.
- ✔ Periodic meeting with the Client for discussion of the sales & marketing strategy for the Project with the Client.
✔ Continuously monitor your project's progress and financial health. Regularly review your budget, cash flow forecast, and actual expenses. Identify any deviations or variances and take corrective actions promptly with our Real Estate Advisory.
